Carol Silver-Oyaide is the President of the Foundation. She is a passionate woman whose vision is to affect positively the lives of challenged women and children by restoring hope to the abused, hurting and abandoned. She worked in the banking industry and then the oil sector until she received the leading to pursue the above vision. She is a mother of two and married to Silver Oyaide who is the secretary to the foundation. She is a minister in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

Femi Abugo is the vice president of the Foundation whose vision is to minister healing to the broken hearted, and reach out to the hurting, and abused women. and children. She is driven with the passion of being an instrument of change to these lives. She presently works as an IT consultant and also oversees a Christian Resource Centre based in Ajah, Lagos comprising a Book Store, a Learning Resource Centre and a Readers Club. She is a mother of one and a minister in the Redeemed Christian Church of God.

Silver Oyaide is the secretary of the foundation. He is the loving and supporting husband of the Founder the NGO. His vision is to minister to the less privileged in the society and make their lives worth living. He is driven with the passion to put a smile on the faces of the hurting, abused and abandoned. He has many years of experience in the banking industry and presently works with a reputable Oil and Gas company in Lagos Nigeria. He is also a minister in the Redeemed Christian Church of God

This project evolved from our passion to change lives and restore hope to the hurting, abused women and abandoned children by empowering them and building up women of honor and dignity that will impact the world and be sought after in the society.

This vision would be fully achieved through the provision of a rehabilitation home for women and children. We started first with the orphanage home for children. This home will be a transit home for most of the children as our goal is to resettle these children into permanent homes of loving parents through the process of adoption.

Our joy and satisfaction is derived from seeing these children grow up and become responsible God fearing citizens in the society.

The rehabilitation home for women recently took off by the grace of God. Our mission is to see these women integrated back into the society and become women of virtue and substance.

We encourage you to partner with us in whatever way the Lord lays on your heart in this laudable goal of changing lives and giving back to the society a little of that which God has invested in us.
